Empire of Glass

Over 50 years ago, Hilde and Peter Kuchler I. founded the glass family business. In the beginning the focus was on building glazing, now it is also in art. Here you will find Austria’s largest glass gallery on three levels, as well as the palm house and the sculpture park. Europe’s largest glass mosaic, consisting of over 7 million individual pieces of glass, is located on the facade of the newly opened glass museum. All three generations still work in the Kuchlerhaus today. In addition to the art objects, workshops for young and old are also offered.
